首钢京唐公司1号高炉针对长期高压差冶炼制约生产技术进步,全面系统分析自身冶炼特点,通过提高焦炭粒级、提高烧结矿品位、优化护炉方式、降低入炉料碱负荷及锌负荷、优化装料制度和送风制度、提高铁水温度、活跃炉缸等方面入手,不断优化基本制度,高压差冶炼瓶颈问题得到了突破,炉况稳定性增强,各项经济指标得到极大改善。
