国外已有文献报道米非司酮600mg用于紧急避孕的有效性高于Yuzpe方案,但副反应较大。国内对小剂量米非司酮单独应用也有报道。我院自1996年12月～1997年10月对要求紧急避孕的妇女,采用小剂量米非司酮或双炔失碳酯单独应用进行随机对比观察,现将临床效果报道如下。
Foreign literature has reported that mifepristone 600mg for emergency contraception is more effective than the Yuzpe program, but the side effects. Domestic low-dose mifepristone alone has also been reported. In our hospital from December 1996 to October 1997 for women who require emergency contraception, the use of low-dose mifepristone or anordrin alone were compared for random comparison, the clinical results are reported below.
