十月,是桂花飘香的季节。桂花,又名丹桂,香味强烈。在江南各处,秋天人们定要去赏桂,然后用收集的桂花自制蜜饯、糖果、点心。金秋佳节与孩子一起走进大自然,赏桂的同时,可拿一张大白纸接住不断飘落的桂花,回家用白糖腌制,就可以随意做些传统的小点心了。本期我们用自制的糖桂花,做一次香香糯糯的桂花雪团。材料:糯米粉、粳米粉、糯米、豆沙馅、白糖、糖桂花。
