针对铸件结构和使用要求,分析了厚壁铸件凝固特点及容易产生的缺陷,在总结常规工艺控制内腔气密性产生问题的基础上,进一步改进、优化了工艺措施。生产证明:对于内腔直径较小的吸具体铸铝件,正确选择浇注位置,合理运用冒口,采用整体内冷铁等工艺生产,不仅能较好解决吸具体内腔气密性问题,满足使用要求,而且操作简单,铸件清理强度较低,生产较为稳定。
