简述了碳纳米材料(包括碳纳米管与石墨烯)无源元件和天线方面的一些研究进展,主要集中在高频率特别是太赫兹频段。首先简要回顾了碳纳米材料电感、电容、谐振器与滤波器方面的进展,然后是基于碳纳米材料的太赫兹天线研究概述,最后简要介绍了本课题组在相关领域的一些研究成果。此外还评估了碳纳米材料在这几种应用中的优势,展望了未来太赫兹频段的一些研究方向。
Some research advances on passive components and antennas of carbon nanomaterials (including carbon nanotubes and graphenes) are briefly described, mainly in the high frequency, especially in the terahertz frequency band. First of all, the progress of inductors, capacitors, resonators and filters for carbon nanomaterials is briefly reviewed. Then, an overview of terahertz antenna research based on carbon nanomaterials is given. Finally, some research results of our group in related fields are briefly introduced. In addition, the advantages of carbon nanomaterials in these applications are also evaluated, and some research directions of the future terahertz band are prospected.
