采用样地小区法研究了模拟酸雨对广东赤红壤的中小型土壤动物多样性的影响,对不同pH值的模拟酸雨喷淋后的野外赤红壤样地中的土壤动物采用干、湿漏斗法进行了调查研究。结果表明:2008年12月1日—2009年3月1日间共捕获中小型土壤动物14997头,分属4门7纲13目,其中优势类群仅线虫纲1类,占全捕量的85.34%,常见类群是弹尾纲和蜱螨目,占13.46%,稀有类群有10类,占1.2%;不同pH值酸雨喷淋时土壤动物数量下降的幅度不同,pH值越低,土壤动物数量下降的幅度也越大;当pH值降至3.0时,土壤动物总个体数、多样性指数和对照相比差异显著。同时,还发现,在酸雨作用下,土壤动物有向土壤下层移动的倾向。
