特克斯山口水电站位于新疆吾尔族自治区伊犁州特克斯河上,是以发电为主,兼顾防洪、灌溉等综合利用性工程。装机为3×47MW,励磁系统采用广州敬天科技研究所研发的ZSCB9—1000/10.5型静止晶闸管自并激励磁系统。以特克斯山口水电站9·20发生的使消谐装置的直流工作电源正负极短路事故为例,分析了事故的原因,并对事故抢修处理经过进行了介绍。
The Turks Hydropower Station is located on the Turks River in Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is based on power generation, taking into account flood control, irrigation and other comprehensive utilization projects. The installed capacity is 3 × 47MW. The excitation system adopts the ZSCB9-1000 / 10.5 static thyristor developed by Guangzhou Jingtian Science and Technology Institute and excites the magnetic system. Take the case of Turkskoukou Hydropower Station 9 · 20 to make the DC power supply of the harmonic elimination device work as a positive and negative short circuit accident as an example, the cause of the accident is analyzed and the incident repair process is introduced.
