钢管混凝土的性能既不同于钢管,也不同于混凝土;它是一种组合材料,主要用于受压工作。因此,可以进行一次受压试验,来确定它的工作性能,从而确定它的强度指标,用以作为设计依据。但以往的研究,在测定这种组合材料受压性能时,由于所采用的试件和试验方法不尽相同,因而得到的结论有所差异,其中的主要影响因素是试件的长径比和受压时的端部条件。为了获得合适的试验标准,我们针对上述两种因素做了对比试验,以此为依据提出了钢管混凝土组合材料的标准试验建议。
The performance of concrete-filled steel tubes is different from that of steel tubes and concrete. It is a composite material and is mainly used for compression work. Therefore, it is possible to conduct a compression test to determine its working performance and determine its strength index as a design basis. However, in previous studies, when the compressive performance of this composite material was measured, because the test specimens and test methods used were not the same, the conclusions obtained were different. In order to obtain suitable test standards, we conducted a comparative test on the above two factors, and based on this as a basis, put forward the standard test recommendations for the composite materials of concrete-filled steel tubes.
