报道了一种新型小体积的半导体激光端面抽运国产Dy…YAG单晶的黄光激光器。根据Dy…YAG激光晶体的特殊能级结构,采用半导体激光抽运,利用~4 F_(9/2)→~6 H_(13/2)的能级跃迁,室温下直接获得582.7nm的黄光激光。抽运源采用蓝光LD,通过温控系统调节LD的工作温度,优化中心波长至447.3nm,从而实现抽运光波长与Dy…YAG晶体吸收谱线的较好匹配。在吸收抽运功率为1.4W的条件下,输出黄光激光的平均功率为56mW,最大单脉冲能量达到1.1mJ,对应的光光转化效率为4%,斜率效率为5%。
Reported a new type of small-size semiconductor laser end-pumped domestic Dy ... YAG single crystal yellow laser. According to the special energy level structure of Dy ... YAG laser crystal, a semiconductor laser pump is used to obtain the yellow light of 582.7nm at room temperature directly using the energy transition of ~ 4 F_ (9/2) → ~ 6 H_ (13/2) laser. The pumping source adopts blue light LD, and adjusts the working temperature of LD through the temperature control system to optimize the central wavelength to 447.3nm, so as to achieve a good match between the pumping light wavelength and the absorption spectrum of Dy ... YAG crystal. Under the condition of pumping power of 1.4W, the average output power of yellow laser is 56mW, the maximum single pulse energy is 1.1mJ, the corresponding light conversion efficiency is 4% and the slope efficiency is 5%.
