在整套“新云南”铸币中,俗称“半开”的库平三钱六分铸币(附图),被认为是铸期最长、直到解放后仍在继续铸造和使用的银币。但对于这一铸币为什么直到解放后仍在继续铸造和使用,及铸造和使用的确切年份究竟终结于何时?对这一问题,笔者将根据相关文档、及当时的造币资料进行论述,希望能够对“新云南”半开收藏的泉友,起到多一些的了解、认识作用。一九四九年,在南京解放前后,国民党财政金融一片混乱,物价飞速上涨,金元券急剧贬值。
In the whole “New Yunnan” coinage, commonly known as the “half open” Kuping three money six cents (with photos), is considered to be the longest casting period, until after the liberation still continue to cast and use of silver . In this question, I will discuss the relevant documents and the coinage information of the time, and I hope It can play a more important role in understanding and recognizing Quan Friends, who are “semi-open” in the collection of “New Yunnan”. In 1949, before and after the liberation of Nanjing, the Kuomintang’s fiscal finance was in turmoil, its prices soared, and gold bullion devalued sharply.
