在进气口氮气为800℃条件下,采用直流电弧放电方法制备了具有特殊结构的掺杂氮和金属元素的碳纳米颗粒(CNPs)。高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)表征结果显示,此种CNPs中有许多弯弯曲曲的空隙或孔道,整体犹如缠绕的线团。实验发现这种CNPs在乙醇、丙酮以及蒸馏水中均可以形成稳定的悬浮液(浓度小于0.5wt%);在蒸馏水中形成的悬浮液的电导率随温度升高而增加的趋势明显增强。
Carbon nanotubes (CNPs) doped with nitrogen and metal elements with special structure were prepared by direct current arc discharge at a nitrogen inlet of 800 ℃. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) characterization results show that there are many kinks or voids in the CNPs, which are like whole coils. The CNPs were found to form stable suspensions (concentrations less than 0.5 wt%) in ethanol, acetone and distilled water. The conductivity of the suspensions formed in distilled water tended to increase with increasing temperature.
