2016年7月28日,习近平总书记视察唐山时,就当前我国的防灾减灾工作发表重要讲话,并做出了重要指示。习总书记在讲话中,深刻阐述了加强防灾减灾救灾工作的重大意义,提出了新时期防灾减灾救灾工作的指导思想、奋斗目标和总体要求,为当前和今后一段时期我国防震减灾工作的发展指明了前进方向,具有极其重要的现实意义和长远的指导作用。各级地震部门在防震减灾工作开展过程中,必须深刻贯彻习总书记的重要讲话精神,努力实现从注重灾后救助向注重灾前预防转变,不断加强地震灾害预防、地震紧急救援建设,提升抵御地震灾害的综合防范能力。本文就泰州市基层区(市)县防震减灾工作进行了广泛细致的调查研究。 On July 28, 2016, when General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Tangshan, he delivered an important speech on the current disaster prevention and mitigation work in our country and made important instructions.
