小学英语教学作为一门第二语言不同与其他学科教学,因为学生在没有真实的语言环境下是不能很好的将这门课深入学习,深刻理解的。这就需要教育者创造一切有利条件促进学生的学习。激励性教学手段作为一种积极有效的教学方法特别适用于那些开始受到启蒙教育的小孩。因为这些孩子刚开始接触英语知识,一切对他们来说都比较陌生,这种时候,激励性教育可以大大的提高学生的学习信心和学习兴趣,使学生能更快的进入英语学习状态中,更早的入门,更早的掌握英语学习方法,然后提高英语成绩。本文主要讲述了在小学英语教学中,通过鼓励激励等积极的手段促进学生的英语学习,并且通过引领启发式教育手段提高教学质量。
