目的优选竹节人参总皂苷的微波提取工艺。方法利用紫外分光光度法测定竹节参中总皂苷,运用正交试验设计,以总皂苷转移率为考察指标,筛选最佳微波提取工艺;并将其与加热回流提取法及超声提取法进行比较。结果微波提取竹节人参总皂苷的最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数80%,微波功率400 W,料液比1∶18,提取4次,每次提取5 min。在此条件下,竹节人参总皂苷的转移率高达97.77%。结论微波提取工艺具有效率高、时间短、能耗低、环保等优点,为竹节人参总皂苷的工业化生产和新药开发提供了参考。
Objective To optimize the microwave extraction of ginseng total saponin from bamboo. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the total ginsenosides in S. japonicus. The orthogonal design was used to determine the total saponin transfer rate, and the best microwave extraction process was screened. The extraction was compared with the heating and reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction . Results The optimal extraction parameters of total ginsenosides extracted by microwave were as follows: volume fraction of ethanol 80%, microwave power 400 W, ratio of material to liquid 1:18, extraction 4 times, extraction time 5 min. Under this condition, the total ginsenoside transfer rate was as high as 97.77%. Conclusion The microwave extraction process has the advantages of high efficiency, short time, low energy consumption, environmental protection, etc. It provides a reference for the industrialization and new drug development of total ginsenosides in slubby.
