目的探讨围产保健服务利用对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2008年3月～2011年12月建册的1453例与产妇的围产期手册,对分娩的全部病例及保健记录不全的均予以剔除,避免信息和观察偏倚,调查结果不精确。结果文化程度以及职业队孕妇围产保健的医用程度不同,直接影响着产检次数,产检次数增加,不良分娩机会减少。结论围产保健服务得到有效利用可以降低围产儿的死亡率、病残儿出生率,保障孕产妇健康,日高母婴生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of perinatal health care services on pregnancy outcome. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from March 2008 to December 2011 built 1453 cases of maternal perinatal manual, all the cases of childbirth and health care records are not all removed, to avoid information and bias, the findings of the survey Inaccurate. Results The educational level and the medical level of perinatal health care for pregnant women of different occupational groups have a direct impact on the number of births, the number of births and the number of poor delivery. Conclusions The effective utilization of perinatal health care services can reduce perinatal mortality, the incidence of disabled children, ensure maternal health, and improve the quality of life of pregnant women and infants.
