目的 研究评价脉冲激光光束质量的同步测量方法 .方法 通过分析脉冲激光光束和 CCD测量系统的特点 ,提出在低重复和高重复频率情况下的多种同步测量方法 ,并通过对钇铝石榴石 ( YAG)激光光束质量的评价实验加以验证 .结果 成功地在不同脉冲频率下对 YAG脉冲激光光束质量进行了评价 ,并计算出光束质量因子的数量级为 1 0 .结论 所提出的同步测量方法用于评价脉冲激光光束质量是有效的 .
OBJECTIVE To study the synchronous measurement method for evaluating the quality of pulsed laser beam.METHODS By analyzing the characteristics of pulsed laser beam and CCD measurement system, a variety of simultaneous measurement methods with low repetition and high repetition rate were proposed.
