蒲石河抽水蓄能电站机电设备采购由国外厂商成套供货转型为国内厂商分散招标。电站采用国产计算机监控系统,不同厂商设备间接口的协调给电气二次设计提出了新问题,通过加强接口设计、技术沟通、采用新技术等措施,保证了监控系统的成功。电气二次设计中,还优化了励磁整流装置,改进了发电电动机继电保护控制逻辑回路,采用了厂用电系统保护测控一体化装置,选择了合理的蓄电池容量。
Pu Shihe pumped storage power plant electrical and mechanical equipment procurement by the complete set of suppliers from foreign manufacturers transition to domestic manufacturers scattered bidding. The power station adopts the domestic computer monitoring system. The coordination between the interfaces of different manufacturers and equipment brings new problems to the electrical secondary design. The measures such as interface design, technical communication and new technology are adopted to ensure the success of the monitoring system. Electric secondary design, but also optimized excitation rectifier device to improve the generator motor relay protection control logic circuit, the use of power plant protection and monitoring integrated control device, select a reasonable battery capacity.
