对煤矿钻机用联动系统及其动态特性进行了研究。为了提高现有煤矿用钻机的自动化程度,根据现有钻机的操作流程,总结出钻机执行元件联动控制的逻辑关系,并设计了钻机联动液压系统,分析了联动系统对钻机关键元件的性能要求及影响联动系统稳定性的因素。以某型钻机为例,运用仿真软件AMESIM对该联动系统各状态进行了仿真验证,通过实验室及现场实验证明:样机工作稳定、各执行元件动作灵敏可靠,验证了钻机联动控制模型及系统的正确性。
The coal linkage system and its dynamic characteristics are studied.
