内氧化方法虽然可获得细小氧化物颗粒 ,但是所得氧化物在复合材料中的分布很不均匀 ,且材料致密度较低。本文研究了 Al2 O3/Cu复合材料的塑性变形行为 ,变形材料在退火过程中的再结晶规律以及塑性变形对氧化铝弥散强化复合材料组织及性能的影响。实验证明 ,该材料具有很高的加工硬化系数 ,弥散氧化物能够明显提高复合材料的再结晶温度 ,提高材料的高温强度。
Although the internal oxidation method can obtain fine oxide particles, the distribution of the resulting oxides in the composite material is not uniform and the material density is low. In this paper, the plastic deformation behavior of Al 2 O 3 / Cu composites, the recrystallization rules of deformed materials during annealing and the effects of plastic deformation on the microstructure and properties of alumina dispersion strengthened composites were studied. Experiments show that the material has a high work hardening coefficient, which can obviously increase the recrystallization temperature and improve the high temperature strength of the composites.
