Objective To explore whether the use of predictive care in the chemotherapy of cancer patients can reduce the incidence of deep vein catheter blockage. Methods 100 cases of tumor chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group underwent routine care, and the observation group performed prospective nursing on this basis. The incidence of deep vein catheter occlusion in both groups was compared. Results The incidence of deep vein catheter occlusion in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group by 2% (P <0.05), and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the care of patients with chemotherapy, the use of predictive care can significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous catheter occlusion, has a very high value.
