通过化学改性蛋壳制备1种新型表面羟基磷酸化的除氟材料HyPE,并通过静态和动态试验研究它对氟的去除效果。结果表明,制备HyPE材料最佳条件为质量分数2.78%的磷酸以1:20的固液质量比浸泡6h,氨水调pH为8,室温下老化3h;在静态试验中,HyPE材料在pH为4~8时除氟率均高于92%,10h可达到吸附平衡;共存阴离子Cl-、SO42-对材料除氟干扰很小;材料的除氟吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,35℃下对氟的最大饱和吸附容量达13.37mg·g-1;通过动态柱吸附试验可得HyPE材料去除氟的能力为4.62mg·g-1。
A new surface-hydroxyl-phosphorylated hygroscopic material, HyPE, was prepared by chemical modification of eggshell and its removal of fluorine was studied by static and dynamic tests. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the preparation of HyPE material were: 2.78% phosphoric acid was soaked in 1:20 solid-liquid ratio for 6h, ammonia water was adjusted to pH 8 and aged for 3h at room temperature. In the static test, ~ 8, the desorption rates were above 92%, and adsorption equilibrium could be reached within 10h. Coexisting anions Cl- and SO42- had little interference on fluoride removal. The fluoride removal isotherms of the materials were in accordance with the Langmuir equation, The maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 13.37 mg · g-1. The dynamic column adsorption test showed that the capacity of HyPE to remove fluorine was 4.62 mg · g-1.
