[目的]了解嘉善县女性乳腺癌的生存率及变化趋势。[方法]对嘉善县肿瘤登记系统掌握的1987～2002年女性乳腺癌发病资料进行寿命表法生存率及生存期统计分析。[结果]嘉善县女性乳腺癌1年、3年、5年、8年和10年的生存率分别为83.70%、67.33%、57.11%、52.12%和48.30%,平均生存期为58.1个月,历年生存率的变化有明显的上升趋势。[结论]嘉善县女性乳腺癌的生存率呈逐年增高的趋势,可能与诊断技术和手术水平的改善提高、辅助治疗等手段的不断完善有关。
[Objective] To understand the survival rate and trend of female breast cancer in Jiashan County. [Methods] Statistical analysis was performed on the survival rate and survival period of females from 1987 to 2002 in breast cancer incidence data collected in Jiashan County Cancer Registry. [Results] The survival rates of female breast cancer in Jiashan County were one year, three years, five years, eight years and ten years. The survival rates were 83.70%, 67.33%, 57.11%, 52.12% and 48.30%, respectively. The average survival time was 58.1 months. There has been a clear upward trend in the changes in the survival rate over the years. [Conclusion] The survival rate of female breast cancer in Jiashan County was increasing year by year, which may be related to the continuous improvement of diagnostic techniques and the improvement of the surgical level and adjuvant therapy.
