为探讨 β2 -肾上腺素能受体兴奋剂盐酸苄羟麻黄碱 (安宝 )治疗早产的临床效果 ,作者将 71例先兆早产孕妇随机分为两组 ,对照组 36例 ,用硫酸镁按常规剂量治疗 ;治疗组 35例 ,用盐酸苄羟麻黄碱治疗 ,即在 5 %葡萄糖液 5 0 0 ml中加入盐酸苄羟麻黄碱 5 0 mg静滴 ,并根据孕妇宫缩和心率调节滴速 ,待宫缩被抑制或心率 >130次 /分钟时减量 ,而后改用盐酸苄羟麻黄碱片剂 10 mg口服 ,每 4~ 6小时 1次 ,并逐渐减量。若病情反复可重复用药。结果显示 :用药后 2 4小时内 ,治疗组和对照组的早产发生率分别为 8.5 7% (3/ 35 )和 30 .5 6 % (11/ 36 ) ,显效时间分别为 2 .47± 0 .78小时和 6 .0 2± 0 .87小时 ,延长孕期分别为 2 5 .13± 10 .6 2天和 15 .92± 9.11天 ,新生儿出生体重分别为 2 85 1.88± 36 0 .0 3g和 2 6 10 .0 0± 32 2 .75 g。两组比较 ,上述各项指标均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;同时 ,治疗期间未发现严重毒副反应。由此表明 ,盐酸苄羟麻黄碱治疗早产安全 ,其阻断宫缩作用较硫酸镁强 ,显效快 ,延长孕期长 ,值得临床推广应用。

The gestational age was 2.513 ± 10.62 days and 15.92 ± 9.11 days, respectively. The birth weights of newborns were respectively 2 85 1.88 ± 36 0 .0 3g and 2 6 10 .0 0 ± 32 2 .75 g. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). At the same time, no serious side effects were found during the treatment. This shows that benzylamine hydrochloride ephedrine for the treatment of preterm labor, the effect of blocking uterine contractions is stronger than magnesium sulfate, effective fast, prolonged pregnancy, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
