我国教育事业始终伴随着社会经济的发展而不断进步,在改革开放之后,我国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育模式的转变成为了我国高等教育事业发展的主旋律。高职作为高等教育领域当中的一个重要组成部分,其办学定位相比于普通高等院校来说具有着一定的特殊性。客观来讲,自我国高等教育大众化以来,高职教育便一度低迷,然而随着近些年高校大学生“就业难”问题的愈演愈烈,高职院校凭借着特殊的优势得以被重新关注。社会发展至今,对人才的需求已经越发多元化,传统的高职院校教育已经难以满足现代社会对人才的要求,因此需要高职院校进一步加大创业创新教育力度,在日常的教学管理中重点做好对学生创业意识的培养,并通过对学生创新精神的教育促进其创新能力的提高,最终实现创业创新意识和能力的相互转化与良性循环发展。基于此,探讨高职院校学生创业创新管理体系的驱动策略,以期切实满足当前社会市场对高职院校的要求,实现高等职业教育的时代价值。
The education in our country always progresses with the development of society and economy. After the reform and opening up, the transformation of our country’s higher education from elite education to mass education has become the main theme of the development of our higher education. Higher vocational education as an important part of the field of education, its positioning compared to ordinary colleges and universities has a certain degree of particularity. Objectively speaking, since the popularization of higher education in our country, higher vocational education has been sluggish. However, with the gradual intensification of college graduates “employment difficulties ” in recent years, higher vocational colleges can be re-focused by virtue of their special advantages. Since the social development, the demand for talents has become more and more diversified. The traditional higher vocational college education has been difficult to meet the requirements of modern society for talents. Therefore, higher vocational colleges are required to further increase the entrepreneurial innovation education. In the daily teaching management Focus on the cultivation of students ’entrepreneurial awareness, and through the education of students’ innovative spirit to promote their innovative ability to improve, and ultimately realize the mutual transformation and virtuous circle of entrepreneurial innovation awareness and ability. Based on this, this paper discusses the driving strategy of students’ innovation management system in higher vocational colleges with a view to effectively meeting the current social market requirements of higher vocational colleges and realizing the era value of higher vocational education.
