我省稻区有一些名贵水稻品种,米质优异,但这些特种米质稻一般亩产仅三、四百斤,生产上难以广泛应用。近年来,武进县滆湖良种场育成的香血糯,是集香稻与血糯的多种特点于一体的新品种。香血糯不仅在营养品质方面(含粗蛋白质10.21％,灰分1.62％)高于一般品种,而且富含对人体造血、辅助造血和维持生命活动有重要作用的微量元素,同时还具有较大的增产潜力。
There are some valuable rice varieties in the rice-growing areas of our province, and the quality of the rice is excellent.
