目的研究翠绿针毛蕨(Macrothelypteris viridifrons)中的黄酮类化学成分。方法利用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术对其提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,分别为:山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(2),槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(3),芹菜素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),柚皮素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),山柰酚(6),槲皮素(7),芹菜素(8),5,7-二羟基色原酮(9)。结论所有化合物均为首次从翠绿针毛蕨中分离得到。
Objective To study the flavonoids in Macrothelypteris viridifrons. Methods The extracts were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, C18 reversed-phase silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results Nine flavonoids were isolated and identified as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (1), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (3), apigenin-4’-O-β-D-glucoside (4), naringenin -4’-O-β-D-glucoside (5), kaempferol ), Quercetin (7), apigenin (8), 5,7-dihydroxy chromogen (9). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the green needle-fern for the first time.
