以硫氰酸铵、甲醇、苯甲酸钠和氯化铝为原料,铝离子、防凝剂为改性剂,采用响应面法制备了改性骨胶大分子;根据单因素试验结果,采用Box-Behnken原理设计了3因素3水平的优化试验,建立了液态骨胶凝固点和黏度的2次多项回归方程。研究结果表明:制备改性骨胶的最佳工艺条件是m(硫氰酸铵)=9.49 g、V(甲醇)=4.6 m L和m(氯化铝)=0.76 g,所得改性骨胶具有凝固点低、黏度高、耐水性好和使用方便等优点;预测优化后骨胶的凝固点为-3.30℃、黏度为9.20 Pa·s,与实测结果基本相符。
