某正车油动机在试车台冷态联调试验时,出现出力不足、耗油量增大以及排油管路振动等现象。在对其进行初步故障分析的基础上,利用AMESim软件对正车油动机进行建模,并仿真了其在设计状态下的工作性能,对故障进行模拟和再现,诊断出外漏是造成正车油动机故障的根本原因,推算出外漏缺陷通流面积在66.5~132.7 mm2之间,对故障进行了初步定位,并根据仿真结果找出了缺陷位置,给出了缺陷的补救措施。
A positive motor oil motivation test bench cold joint test, there is insufficient output, fuel consumption increases and the discharge line vibration and so on. Based on the preliminary fault analysis, AMESim software was used to model the motive power of the vehicle and its performance under the condition of design was simulated to simulate and reproduce the fault. The root cause of the fault was deduced. The flow area of the leakage defect was estimated to be between 66.5 and 132.7 mm2. The fault was preliminarily located. Based on the simulation results, the defect location was found and the remedial measures were given.
