中国花卉博览会由中国花卉协会主办,创立于1987年,是一个集花卉产业成果展示、经验交流、花卉展览、花文化推广及商品交易于一体的全国性综合展览,素有“中国花卉产业界的奥林匹克”之称,每四年举办一次。前三届都在北京举办,第四届迁往上海,首次在北京以外地方举办。从第五届开始,采取了花卉产地城市申办,全国各省(区、市)花卉协会秘书长投票决定的形式,最后广东顺德胜出。2003年8月24日在乌鲁木齐召开的全国花卉协会秘书长会议上,四川省成都市温江区获得第六届中国花卉博览会(简称“六博会”)举办权。“六博会”是首个在西部地区举办的全国性花卉博览会,对西部大开发具有积极作用;筹备过程中,承办方采取了商业化运作模式,在“花博会”历史上谱写了新篇章。“六博会”受到了中央有关部委和四川省、成都市人民政府的高度重视。2004年2月29日,全国绿化委员会、国务院西部开发办、财政部等八部委联合发出通知,明确了“六博会”举办时间和举办地,要求相关部门做好各项筹备工作,确保“六博会”圆满成功。四川省委、省政府则专门召开了第六届中国花卉博览会办公会议,部署落实。时至今日,筹备已经进入冲刺阶段,在这紧要时刻,有关领导及花卉界知名专家对“六博会”提出各自期望,以促进筹备工作更好地开展。—— The China Flower Expo, sponsored by the China Flower Association, was founded in 1987 as a nationwide integrated exhibition of flower industry exhibitions, exchange of experience, flower exhibitions, flower culture promotion and commodity exchange. On February 29, 2004, the National Greening Committee, the Western Development Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Finance and other eight ministries jointly issued a circular to clarify the timing and venue for the “6th Plenary Meeting” and requested the relevant departments to do a good job in preparing for the “ Six Fair ”a complete success. Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government specially held the office meeting of the 6th China Flower Expo and implemented the plan. Up to now, preparations have entered the sprint stage. At this critical juncture, relevant leaders and renowned experts in flower industry put forward their own expectations on the “6 Fair” to promote the preparatory work to be carried out better. -
