随着经济全球化发展和社会对于大学生毕业生英语能力水平的要求,边疆少数民族地区大学英语教学正面临着各种问题和挑战。传统的大学英语考试模式不能很好的体现课程教学要求,没有充分调动学生学习积极性和主动性,无法全面提高学生英语综合能力。本文就大学英语考试改革的背景、实践进行阐述分析,并提出一些思考,旨在通过实行英语过程性考试,培养学生的英语学习兴趣和自主学习能力,切实提高民族地区大学生英语综合能力的发展。
With the development of economic globalization and the requirement of society for college graduates’ English proficiency, college English teaching in frontier minority areas is facing various problems and challenges. The traditional college English test model can not reflect the teaching requirements well and does not fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students, which can not improve students’ overall English proficiency. This paper expounds the background and practice of the college English test reform and puts forward some thoughts to improve students’ ability of English comprehensive ability by implementing the English process test, cultivating their interest in English learning and autonomous learning.
