本文阐述了大规模定制的产生背景、概念及特征 ,分析了国外汽车业大规模定制生产的现状及我国汽车业发展面临的形势 ,并在此基础上提出了我国汽车业实施大规模定制生产的策略。
This paper describes the background, concept and characteristics of mass customization. It analyzes the status quo of mass customization production in foreign countries and the situation facing the development of China’s auto industry. Based on this, it puts forward that China’s automobile industry should implement mass customization Strategy.
