Overview Civil Aviation Qinghai Bureau was founded in 1956, its predecessor was Xining Civil Aviation Station, belonging to civil aviation Lanzhou Authority under the jurisdiction of Xining Caojiabao Airport and Golmud Airport, with government management and business operations of the dual functions.
