目的 :研究乙醇对小鼠肝脏抗氧化功能的影响以及枳子提取物 (EZ)对其的拮抗作用。方法 :采用乙醇 ( φ =40 % ,10mL ,ig)急性肝损伤小鼠模型 ,小鼠预先给与EZ( ρ =2 5 % ,5 0 % ,75 % ,10mL/kg ,ig) ,测定小鼠肝脏内MDA、GSH含量 ,GSH Px、GST、Cat、SOD活性。结果 :乙醇在引起肝脏MDA上升的同时GSH含量下降 ,GSH Px、GST、Cat及SOD活性降低 ,EZ预处理后明显拮抗上述变化。结论 :EZ对小鼠乙醇所致急性肝损伤具有保护作用 ,其机理可能与增强GSH结合反应和增强SOD活性有关。
Objective: To study the effect of ethanol on the liver’s antioxidant function in mice and the antagonism of its extract (EZ). METHODS: A mouse model of acute liver injury using ethanol (φ = 40 %, 10 mL, ig) was pre-administered to mice with EZ (ρ = 25%, 50%, 75%, 10mL/kg, ig), and the determination was small. Liver MDA, GSH content, GSH Px, GST, Cat, SOD activity. RESULTS: Ethanol caused a decrease in GSH content and a decrease in GSH Px, GST, Cat, and SOD activity, while EZ pretreatment significantly antagonized the above changes. Conclusion : EZ has a protective effect on acute liver injury induced by ethanol in mice. The mechanism may be related to enhanced GSH binding reaction and enhanced SOD activity.
