颗粒杀虫剂防治玉米螟残效的结果证明:(1)0.5%狄氏剂、0.1%γ—666、0.5%DDT和0.5%艾氏剂磚粒颗粒剂的残效性优于0.5%氯丹,0.5%毒杀酚、0.1%165、0.1%敌百虫和0.1%“苏化203”磚粒颗粒剂的残效性;(2)以磚粒为載体的颗粒剂的残效性优于以易解体的粘土粒为载体的颗粒剂。磚粒颗粒剂的载体直径以0.1—0.5mm.为宜。若以锯末为载体,不但残效长,且无药害;(3)通过药效,药害表现和化学分析结果证明干热法及水浸法所制颗粒剂吸收666量均不及有机溶剂浸渍法所制的颗粒剂。用蚁螟药膜法测定了0.12%γ—666磚粒颗粒剂在春玉米心叶中九天后颗粒剂中残留药量为31.5%。同样条件下,0.08%γ—666砂粒颗粒剂中的残留药量仅为12.9%。通过田间“残留药量的残效极限”测定和适期防治试验结果证明,在春玉米上一次施药的防治适期应为抽雄前二周,而在夏玉米上应为抽雄前一周,这样,基本上能达到心叶期的防治目的。
