笔者在几年的数学教学实践中,发现现行的教学评价已出现如下弊端:重知识考查,轻能力养成;重量化的描述,轻定性的分析;重终端显示,轻过程监测;重笔算,轻口算等等。评价方式主要为百分制、等级制,既不能全面准确地评价教师的教和学生的学,也不利于学生人格的发展。那么,数学学科中应如何科学地进行教学评价呢? 一、依纲扣本进行评价《小学数学教学大纲》明确指出:“教学评估要以本大纲所规定的教学目的和基本要求为依据”。而教材是大纲的具体体现,所以数学成绩的考查与评定必须依纲扣本,以考查基础知识和基本概念为主,适当考查能力。

The evaluation methods are mainly percentile system and hierarchical system, which neither can evaluate teachers' teaching and student's study in an all-round and accurate way, nor conducive to the development of student's personality. Then, mathematics disciplines should be how to conduct scientific evaluation? First, according to deduction deduction “Primary Mathematics Teaching Syllabus” clearly states: “Teaching evaluation to the outline of the teaching purpose and basic requirements as the basis ”. The textbook is a concrete manifestation of the outline, so the examination and evaluation of math scores must follow the principle of deduction, in order to examine the basic knowledge and basic concepts of the main, appropriate ability to examine.
