应用Koski α-非特异性脂酶(ANAE)组化法检查淋巴细胞,用琼脂扩散法检测免疫球蛋白,作者观测了39例鼻咽癌及49例慢性鼻咽炎患者的鼻咽吸出液及静脉血的结果。发现鼻咽癌患者鼻咽吸出液的淋巴细胞及ANAE阳性淋巴细胞的百分率(82.29%及25.69%)较对照组减少;而ANAE阴性淋巴细胞的百分率(74.31%)、IgA及IgG的含量(0.232mg/ml及0.830mg/ml)则增高。周围血的结果与鼻咽部基本一致。上述材料提示:鼻咽癌患者的细胞免疫功能有所降低,体液免疫功能则有所增高。作者还讨论了上述免疫反应与免疫调节细胞的关系。
Lymphocytes were examined by Koski α-non-specific lipase (ANAE) histochemistry and immunoglobulins were detected by agar diffusion. The authors observed nasopharyngeal aspirate fluid and venous blood in 39 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 49 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis. the result of. The percentages of lymphocytes and ANAE-positive lymphocytes (82.29% and 25.69%) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were found to be lower than those in the control group; the percentages of ANAE-negative lymphocytes (74.31%), IgA and IgG were found to be 0.232. The above materials suggest that the cellular immune function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is reduced, and the humoral immune function is increased. The author also discusses the relationship between the above immune response and immune regulatory cells.
