目的 对 ５ 种国产奥美拉唑胶囊的体外释放度进行比较。方法 利用 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ测定奥美拉唑胶囊含量，按中国药典（１９９５ 年版）规定，采用转篮法测定奥美拉唑胶囊在磷酸盐缓冲液中的释放度。结果 Ａ， Ｂ， Ｄ３ 厂生产的奥美拉唑胶囊４５ ｍ ｉｎ 时在磷酸盐缓冲液中的释放量大于标示量的 ７０％ ，符合中国药典（１９９５ 年版）的规定， Ｃ， Ｅ２ 厂的产品低于药典规定的标准。结论 ５ 种国产奥美拉唑胶囊在磷酸盐缓冲液中的释放度有极显著性差异
Objective To compare the in vitro release of 5 domestic omeprazole capsules. Methods The content of omeprazole capsules was determined by HPLC. The release of omeprazole capsules in phosphate buffer was determined by the method of spin basket according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1995 edition). Results The omeprazole capsules produced by plants A, B and D3 were more than 70% of the labeled amount in phosphate buffer solution at 45 mins, which accorded with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1995 edition). The products of plants C and E2 Lower than the pharmacopoeia standards. Conclusion The release of 5 domestic omeprazole capsules in phosphate buffer has a very significant difference
