Taking the Qingtongxia Hedong Irrigation District in Ningxia as an example, this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of the irrigation area, the status of the irrigation and drainage facilities, the development and utilization of water resources, the management system and mechanism reform, the construction of the water-saving system, the efficiency and benefit of the irrigation area and the ecological environment in the irrigation district.
