目的对医院感染综合目标管理质量进行客观评价。方法采用７：ＴＯＰＳＩＳ法和综合系数法加权运算，对１９９２年４月～１９９８年９月医院感染工作质量进行了多指标综合评价。结果医院感染工作质量总体趋势呈逐年提高，手术科室与非手术科室存有不同的缺陷。结论深入持久地开展全员教育，加强医院感染管理专职队伍建设，坚持抓基本素质训练，加大对中层主官的管理力度，是深化医院感染工作质量的重要措施。
Objective To objectively evaluate the quality of comprehensive management of nosocomial infection. Methods The 7: TOPSIS method and the comprehensive coefficient method were used to calculate the multi-index comprehensive evaluation of hospital infection quality from April 1992 to September 1998. Results The overall trend of the quality of nosocomial infections was increased year by year. There were different defects in the surgical departments and non-operative departments. Conclusion In-depth and long-lasting education for all staff, strengthening the construction of a full-time contingent of hospital infection management, insisting on basic quality training, and strengthening the management of middle-level officials are important measures for deepening the quality of hospital infections.
