实验原理 已有体外实验观察到蚓激酶(EPS)可以通过激活纤溶酶原和自身的纤溶酶活性使纤维蛋白溶解,但是目前尚缺少EPS对体内血栓溶栓作用的直接观察。本观察为达到直接测定EPS体内溶栓作用的目的,采取了实验性家兔急性肺动脉栓塞的动物模型,由于经颈静脉注入的血栓栓子在形成时掺入了~(125)I—标记的纤维蛋白原,当血栓中的纤维蛋白被溶解时,会因其降解产物中含~(125)I而使血中的放射性增强,因此可以定量地测出药物溶栓作用的强度。在
Experimental Principle It has been observed in vitro that lumbrokinase (EPS) can solubilize fibrin by activating plasminogen and its own plasmin activity, but there is currently no direct observation of the effect of EPS on thrombolysis in vivo.
