在新奥法施工的条件下,考虑到不破坏天然地层的初始效果,机械切削是最理想的。作为典型的隧道掘进机有两种:一种是人所共知的“全断面挖掘机”,通称为隧道掘进机,另一种是“部分断面挖掘机”,通称为巷道掘进机。使用前者,可切削出准确的断面,但切削断面的形状受到限制。使用后者,可切削出各种不同的断面,但为了获得一个既经济又准确的断面,要求操作者需要有高度熟练的技巧。 本文将介绍关于巷道掘进机自动控制断面切削系统(以下简称“ACPC”系统)。
Under the conditions of the new Austrian law, mechanical cutting is the most ideal considering that the initial effect of the natural formation is not damaged. As a typical tunnel boring machine, there are two: one is known as the “full-face excavator”, commonly known as the tunnel boring machine, and the other is the “section of the excavator,” commonly known as the roadheader. Using the former, you can cut the exact cross-section, but the shape of the cutting cross-section is limited. With the latter, a wide variety of sections can be cut, but in order to obtain an economical and accurate section, the operator is required to have highly skilled skills. This article will introduce the automatic boring machine section cutting system (hereinafter referred to as “ACPC” system).
