通过制备不同配比的硅酸锂基复合溶胶在不同龄期的砂浆块表面渗透固化后,对表面回弹值、渗水性进行了研究,并对渗透固化前后的表面微观形貌进行了观察。结果表明:复合溶胶对砂浆表面微孔隙进行了填充,形成致密的微观结构,提高了表面回弹值及并降低了表面渗水性。渗透固化56d后,养护28d的砂浆表面回弹值高于对应养护3d的砂浆。随着复合溶胶中的硅酸钠含量增加,表面回弹值先上升后下降,但是渗水量会随之增加,耐水性降低。加入质量分数15%,25%硅酸钠的复合溶胶综合性能较好。
The surface rebound value and water permeability were studied by preparing the lithium silicate-based composite sol with different proportions and then infiltrating into the mortar blocks at different ages. The microscopic morphology of the surface before and after infiltration curing was also observed. The results showed that the composite sol filled the surface of the mortar microporous, forming a dense microstructure, increasing the surface rebound value and reducing the surface water seepage. After infiltration curing for 56 days, the surface rebound value of the cured mortar for 28 d was higher than that of the corresponding cured mortar for 3 d. As the content of sodium silicate in the composite sol increases, the surface rebound value first increases and then decreases, but the amount of water seepage increases and the water resistance decreases. Addition of 15% mass fraction, 25% sodium silicate composite sol comprehensive performance better.
