为证明核电厂主管道事故工况下安全停堆地震(SSE)和冷却剂丧失事故(LOCA)载荷组合的合理性,需论证SSE和LOCA不会同时作用在主管道上。采用概率统计学方法分析得到SSE和LOCA事故为不相关事件时,核电厂主管道同时发生SSE和LOCA的概率低于核电厂设计考虑的概率;采用确定性方法分析得到即使主管道上存在可探测的泄漏裂纹,SSE也不是导致LOCA发生的诱导因素。因此,在主管道设计中假设SSE和LOCA不同时发生是合理的;在主管道应力分析中将SSE和LOCA产生的载荷按照平方和平方根的组合方式进行组合是保守的,能够保护公众的健康和安全。
To demonstrate the rationale for SSE and LOCA load combinations at nuclear power plant main pipeline accident conditions, it is demonstrated that SSE and LOCA will not act simultaneously on the main pipeline. Probability and statistics are used to analyze the probabilities that SSE and LOCA accidents occur at the same time when SSE and LOCA accidents are unrelated. The probabilities that SSE and LOCA occur simultaneously in nuclear power plant main pipe are lower than the probability of NPP design. By deterministic analysis, Leakage cracks, SSE nor is it the leading factor in the occurrence of LOCA. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that SSE and LOCA do not occur simultaneously in the main pipeline design. It is conservative to combine the load generated by SSE and LOCA in the main pipeline stress analysis according to the combination of square root and square root, so as to protect public health and Safety.
