绕阳河是辽河下游主要水系之一。西北部低山区水土流失严重,是干、支流洪水及泥沙的主要来源。下游平原区,土质肥沃,是辽宁省中部商品粮基地之一。文章首先对河道及水库防洪工程进行整理;对历史洪水做了详细调查;着重对绕阳河流域的支流进行剖析和叙述;根据实测数据对干流洪水传播时间进行分析;并对干流重点水文站进简要介绍。旨在为水资源合理开发利用和防汛抗旱决策时提供依据。 Yangyang River is one of the major river systems in the lower reaches of Liaohe River. The low soil erosion in the northwestern part of the country is serious and is the main source of dry and tributary floods and sediments. The lower reaches of the plains area, fertile soil, is one of the central grain commodity base in Liaoning Province. In this paper, first, the flood control works of rivers and reservoirs are arranged; the historical floods are investigated in detail; the tributaries of the Suiyang River Basin are analyzed and narrated; the flood propagation time of the mainstreams is analyzed based on the measured data; brief introduction. The purpose is to provide a basis for the rational development and utilization of water resources and flood control and drought relief decision-making.
