本文通过采用自制土柱装置,进行新型硝化抑制剂对氮素迁移转化及其淋溶损失的试验,探讨其对氮素垂直迁移和淋溶损失的影响,以及硝化抑制剂自身的有效性。结果表明:在27 d内,新型硝化抑制剂能显著抑制土壤铵氧化过程的发生,显著提高20 cm以上表层土壤铵态氮含量,降低表层土壤硝态氮含量;深层土壤地下水硝态氮浓度显著低于未加硝化抑制剂的对照土壤地下水的浓度,明显降低硝态氮垂直迁移的淋溶损失;不同的硝化抑制剂对土壤地下水氮素的迁移转化影响存在着显著的不同。
In this paper, a new type of nitrification inhibitor was used to test the effects of new nitrification inhibitors on nitrogen migration and leaching losses and their effects on vertical migration of nitrogen and leaching loss, as well as the effectiveness of nitrification inhibitors themselves. The results showed that within 27 days, the new nitrification inhibitor could remarkably inhibit the ammonium oxidation, significantly increase the content of ammonium nitrogen in the surface soil above 20 cm and reduce the content of nitrate nitrogen in the surface soil. The nitrate nitrogen concentration in the deep soil water was significantly Which was lower than that of the control soil without the nitrification inhibitor. The leaching loss of the vertical migration of nitrate nitrogen was significantly reduced. Different nitrification inhibitors significantly affected the migration and transformation of soil groundwater nitrogen.
