本文采用时效和模拟焊接热影响区的固溶处理研究了碳化物的形态,数量,尺寸 和分布对光滑和缺口持久性能的影响。研究结果表明,固溶处理后晶界碳化物由铸态 的骨架状转变成块状使持久性能下降;二次碳化物呈枝晶偏析比均匀析出时持久延性 高;二次碳化物析出强化存在最佳时效温度且对光滑和缺口试样不尽相同;缺口强化 程度不仅与持久延性有关,也与持久寿命有关。
In this paper, the effect of the morphology, quantity, size and distribution of carbides on the smoothness and the indentation lasting properties was investigated by solution treatment in aging and simulated heat affected zone. The results show that, after solution treatment, the grain boundary carbides change from as-cast skeleton to bulk, and the ductility decreases. Dendrite segregation of secondary carbides is more ductile than that of uniform precipitates. The precipitation of strengthening secondary carbides The best aging temperature is not the same for both smooth and notched specimens; the degree of undercut reinforcement is not only related to ductile ductility but also to long-lived life.
