本文对20例甲肝病人血清用聚乙二醇组分分析法进行了循环免疫复合物(CIC)的检测,发现:(1)甲肝急性期IgM抗体和IgM型CIC明显增高,且IgM型CIC与抗HAV-IgM效价存在着明显的正相关,间接提示抗体IgM以甲肝病毒作为抗原形成CIC(循环免疫复合物),参与病毒的排除。(2)病人血清中CIC水平变化与病情有一定的关系。
In this paper, 20 cases of hepatitis A patients with polyethylene glycol component analysis of circulating immune complexes (CIC) detection and found that: (1) acute hepatitis A IgM and IgM CIC was significantly higher, and IgM CIC and Anti-HAV-IgM titers are significantly positive correlation, indirectly prompted antibody IgM to hepatitis C virus as antigen to form CIC (circulating immune complexes), involved in the exclusion of the virus. (2) The level of CIC in patients’ serum has a certain relationship with the disease.
