研究目的:旨在验证高强度间歇训练法对中专生800米成绩的具体影响,有利于提高中专生身体素质和培养终身体育的意识,并对基层中专体育教师的教学实践发挥重要的指导意义。研究方法:本文通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等,对实验学生在4周高强度间歇训练中的表现进行分析。重点检测了在实验期间,受试者心率的变化情况。并对实验前后的运动成绩进行了记录和对比。研究结果和结论:通过比较分析这些指标,研究认为高强度间歇训练法可以切实提高中专生800米的成绩。
The purpose of this study is to verify the specific impact of high-intensity intermittent training on the achievement of secondary school students of 800 meters, which is conducive to improving the physical fitness of secondary school students and cultivating the awareness of lifelong physical education, and plays an important role in the teaching practice of physical education teachers in secondary specialized schools Guiding significance. Research Methods: In this paper, the performance of experimental students in high-intensity intermittent training for 4 weeks was analyzed by literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. Focus on the test during the test, the subjects of heart rate changes. The results of exercise before and after the experiment were recorded and compared. Research results and conclusions: Through comparative analysis of these indicators, the study suggests that high-intensity intermittent training method can effectively improve the secondary school students 800 meters results.
