本研究根据植物细胞全能性的理论,以吉林省前郭县草原的野大麦为材料,利用组培化学诱变和系统选育技术,筛选出耐盐碱野大麦育种的新品系和新材料。通过几个点的品种比较试验、区域试验和生产试验,观测新品系的植物学性状、生物学特性、生产性能和抗逆性,并进行相关指标的分析比较。经过10多年的选育研究,形成了性状稳定、生产性能高、适应性强的军需1号野大麦原原种,并报国家品种审定,获国家品种证书。 In this study, based on the plant cell pluripotency theory, the wild barley in Qian Guo County grassland of Jilin Province was used as material to screen new lines and new materials of salt-tolerant wild barley breeding by tissue culture chemical mutation and system selection. The comparative experiments, regional experiments and production experiments were conducted at several points to observe the botanical traits, biological characteristics, production performance and resistance of the new lines and to analyze and compare the related indicators. After more than 10 years of breeding research, the formation of a stable trait, high performance, adaptability of the military needs on the 1st barley original barley, and submitted to the national varieties validation, won the national variety certificate.
