我們热处理用的坩鍋原是用厚鋼板卷焊成的,現在鋼板供应不上,改用碳鋼鑄成。但碳鋼鑄成的坩鍋使用寿命很短,想把它表面滲铝,又缺少設备。我們用的坩鍋容量都在500公斤以上,用合金鋼澆鑄,也有很多困难。最近我們向别的單位学到了一种配制塗料的方法,用这种塗料塗在碳鋼鑄成的坩鍋外層,可以防止火焰直接同坩鍋接触,避免氧化,因而也提高了坩鍋的使
The crucibles we used for heat treatment were originally made of thick steel coils and now the steel plates are not supplied. Instead, they are cast into carbon steel. But the carbon steel cast crucible life is very short, it wants to aluminized surface, but also the lack of equipment.
